Day three was our first day in the Dunbrody Cookery School kitchen with Chef Kevin Dundon. After learning what dishes we were each selected for and would be cooking at the anniversary dinner in October we were instructed by the master himself on how we would be preparing our course.

Today we leave Dublin and take the two hour drive down through the beautiful countryside to Co. Wexford and our home for the next few days, Dunbrody House. An old grain mill, a strawberry farm and a cattle ranch are on the agenda for today as well as dinner at Dunbrody by Chef Kevin Dundon himself!
